We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you need to return or exchange something, here are the rules.
All orders may be returned for refund within 120 days from purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 3% restocking fee will be applied. (Restocking fee can be waived in some cases).
Credits are not issued until returned parts are received and inspected.
All orders are eligible for exchange within 90 days from purchase and customer pays all necessary shipping fees. (New parts must be ordered and paid for by customer and a refund will be issued for existing order).
All returned goods must be complete with all parts and hardware. Items must be in undamaged, usable condition in their original packaging.
All cancelled orders due to error or remorse (even same day), will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that will be taken from refunded amount.
In stock items typically ship same day. Any requests to cancel an order after it has shipped will be declined, but items can be returned for refund. (Customer pays return shipping costs).
In some cases, if you wish to return or exchange an item that is not damaged or incorrect, a prepaid return shipping label WILL NOT be provided by MGC suspensions.
Any Vogtland brand parts shipped from Germany are eligible for return or exchange. 10% restocking fee and customer pays necessary shipping fees.
MGC suspensions reserves the right to automatically cancel and refund any order that our system considers fraudulent in any way.
Once tracking numbers for shipments show orders have been delivered, any lost, stolen, or missing packages become the responsibility of the customer.
MGC suspensions does not file missing package claims with shipping carriers, this is the responsibility of the customer.
International customers with a shipping address outside the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes and fees. MGC does not calculate or provide these amounts. (Check with shipping carrier after receiving a tracking number)
