Return Policy

MGC Suspensions will accept product returns within a 30-day window. 

Returns must be approved and issued an RMA number which must be included on the return packaging. Failure to provide this RMA will result in the products being refused and returned to sender.

All returned products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Any return that does not meet those requirements is subject to a 10% restocking fee or the products being refused.

No returns will be accepted on special order items, electronics, engine internals, or superchargers.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of cases where the return is determined to be based on company or manufacturing error.
