These modular headers are the perfect solution for any Cayman or Boxster. A patented RENNKRAFT® modular design features a quick release V-band connector that allows the owner to easily swap between HJS 200 cell cats and cat bypass pipes.
RENNKRAFT®, translated from German is “race power”. These unique headers offer true street and racetrack functionality in an innovative precision engineered package.
SOUND:
With the addition of 200 cell cats, the exhaust note becomes louder and gains a more raw, unfiltered sound. Higher frequency tones are more distinct and off throttle burbles are stronger and clearer.
Upon installation of the cat bypass pipes, the exhaust emits a sound reminiscent of a 911 CUP car rather than a typical Porsche street car.
The volume isn't overbearing, but the sound is very aggressive and race bred. It totally changes the character of the car.
