A new bladed sway bar design for the Porsche 981 or 718 Cayman and Boxster.
The design starts with two blades (one on each end), for maximized adjustability.
Stiffness adjustments can be made easily and quickly by simply loosening the locking screw and rotating the blade.
A cockpit adjustable upgrade option is under development and will be available soon.
The light weight hollow 1.25” OD sway bars are half the weight of a solid bar with the same stiffness. Both the blades and the bar are made from the highest aero-space quality chromoly steel and then heat treated and annealed for superior strength and reliability.
Zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
Complete with fully adjustable front drop links to eliminate suspension preload. The drop link design includes our high mounting upper drop link bracket that mounts to the body of the strut instead of the pinch bolt.
This allows for an extra long drop link which significantly improves the drop link geometry throughout the range of steering and suspension travel.
Correctly sized, Teflon-lined rod-ends for smooth and quiet operation, long life, and high reliability. No wear and rattling problems, like those seen with other designs, due to undersized or low quality rod ends.
All necessary hardware is provided in zinc plated metric class 8.8 or higher.
High misalignment, stainless steel rod end spacers allow for superior bind free operation and corrosion resistance.
The set comes complete with precision machined Teflon lined urethane sway bar bushings for rigid, yet quiet operation.
All components are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards, resulting in the finest and most reliable sway bar on the market.
